The iTunes Monitor works with Apple's iTunes media player software to generate triggers when a new track begins playing or when iTunes stops playing.

- Trigger when track changes: (checkbox): Check this box to indicate that the iTunes monitor should trigger when a new track begins playing.
- Trigger when iTunes stops: (checkbox): Check this box to indicate that the iTunes monitor should trigger iTunes stops playing.

- Album (text): The name of the album containing the current track.
- Artist (text): The name of the artist of the current track.
- Artwork (image): The album art from the album containing the current track.
- Genre (text): The genre of the current track.
- Location (URL): A URL referring to the current track on a local storage device (probably somewhere in your Music folder).
- Name (text): The name of the current track.
- Player State (text): The state of the iTunes player. One of: Playing, Paused, or Stopped.
- Rating (number): A numerical rating of the current track between 0 - 100. (each "star" in iTunes is equal to 20)
- Store URL (URL): A URL referring to the current track in the iTunes Music Store.
- Total Time (number): Length (in milliseconds) of the current track.
- Track Number (number): The order in which this track appears on the original album.
- Track Count (number): The number of tracks on the album containing the current track.
- Year (number): Release year of the current track.
