The iTunes Control is used to control iTunes. Aptly named I would say.

[edit] Settings

• Tell iTunes to: (popup): Select from the follow iTunes commands:
  • play / pause: Play iTunes if paused, or pause if playing.
  • go to next track: Skip to the next track in the currently playing library.
  • go to previous track: Skip to the previous track in the currently playing library.
  • increase volume: Increase the volume setting within iTunes.
  • decrease volume: Decrease the volume setting within iTunes.
  • fast forward: If playing begin fast forwarding current track otherwise resume playing.
  • rewind: If playing begin rewinding current track otherwise resume playing.
  • scrub forward: Momentarily fast forward current track.
  • scrub backward: Momentarily rewind current track.
  • update podcasts: Check for updates to all subscribed podcasts.
  • rate track (1-5 stars): Rate the current track according to the menu selection.
