Uninstalling Proxi

Proxi installs components at the following locations:

  • /Applications/Proxi
  • /Library/Application Support/Proxi
  • /Library/Frameworks/ProxiLib.framework
  • /Library/Mail/Bundles/ProxiMail.mailbundle

Additionally, Proxi stores each user's preferences at:

  • ~/Library/Preferences/com.griffintechnology.Proxi

Each user's also has a Store blueprint (the main Proxi configuration file) and any additional storage needed by triggers and tasks such as RSS Monitor, Digg Monitor, Store Value, etc in:

  • ~/Library/Application Support/Proxi

Note: ~ is shorthand for /Users/yourusername

You will also find cache files in:

  • ~/Library/Caches/Proxi

If you have Growl installed, a growl ticket will be found at:

  • ~/Library/Application Support/Growl/Tickets/Proxi.growlTicket

And the receipt will determine if the installer indicates you are doing and "install" or an "upgrade" if you try to install again:

  • /Library/Receipts/Proxi.pkg
