The Skype Monitor works with the Skype Voice over IP software to generate triggers on various events in Skype.

The Skype Monitor is currently only supported on PowerPC based systems.

• Trigger on: (popup menu): Indicate what Skype event type will cause the trigger to fire.

The person responsible for generating a Skype trigger whether by a change in status, call or message, is referred to a caller in the following descriptions.

• SkypeName (text): The Skype username of the caller.
• RealName (text): The real name of the caller.
• Status (text): The status of the caller. One of:
  • Unknown
  • Online
  • Offline
  • Skype Me
  • Away
  • Not Available
  • Do Not Disturb
  • Invisible
  • Logged Out
• CallerEmail (text): The caller's email address. Retrieved from the caller's entry in Address Book.
• CallerAIM (text): The caller's AOL Instant Messenger screen name. Retrieved from the caller's entry in Address Book.
• CallerBirthday (date): The caller's birthday. Retrieved from the caller's entry in Address Book.
• CallerICQ (text): The caller's ICQ id. Retrieved from the caller's entry in Address Book.
• CallerImage (image): The caller's image. Retrieved from the caller's entry in Address Book.
• CallerJabber (text): The caller's Jabber id. Retrieved from the caller's entry in Address Book.
• CallerMSN (text): The caller's MSN id. Retrieved from the caller's entry in Address Book.
• CallerName (text): The caller's real name.
• CallerOrganization (text): The organization that the Caller belongs to. Retrieved from the caller's entry in Address Book.
• CallerPhoneHome (text): The caller's home phone number. Retrieved from the caller's entry in Address Book.
• CallerPhoneWork (text): The caller's work phone number. Retrieved from the caller's entry in Address Book.
