Because Proxi can be configured in almost endless configurations, Griffin Technology officially only provides "up and running" support. That's where the Proxi wiki becomes so important. Here you can find answers to almost any question (it's hoped) and if not, you may pose a question on any of the appropriate Proxi wiki discussions pages. For example, if your question deals with the iTunes Control task then the iTunes task discussion page would be the appropriate place to pose your question. For more generic questions, the FAQ discussion page would be an acceptable location, or even the lead developer's discussion page. Finally, you can also email proxi@griffintechnology.com.
